Update: I would like to thank the associate for making the situation right I truly appreciate you taking the time to do that. Oak Ridge Location: My husband and I went in to check out the new shop. The associate helping us was extremely pushy about trying to get us to taste flavors we didn't want. Multiple times we said that we didn't want to try them and the guy would just keep insisting. He seemed less intent on listening to us and more into trying to make a sale. It was some younger dude and while he had knowledge it seemed like he thought we didn't know anything. I know what flavors I do and dont like and I know my preferred method of testing flavors. To the associate if you read this Learn to listen to what your customers say and you'll have far more success than just pushing what you think. If someone says no or that they dont like something. Take it at face value and move on. I dont think I'll be back.
There was no warning about me opening a bottle of vape juice then having to pay for it. I've been to several vape stores and none and I mean none have ever made me do that before. I would know I used to work at one. I'm just disappointed that I wasnt told before I wasted my money
