Nice looking place but the food was just awful. Yall didn't even cook collards right. The brisket sandwich was bland and the sweet tea was disgusting come on yall are in the south we need some good sweet tea. Really disappointed I had high expectations.

When our trip/stay had to be canceled due to COVID-19 I ordered items from their store for my husband. After no response on two emails and a phone call I was advised via email my order shipped to the wrong address and not my address which I provided. I have asked for a refund since they didnt respond after I told them no to their suggestion to go get the order from the address they shipped it to/address the order was delivered to. Very bad customer service.

Ordered to go. Waited around for 45 minutes for my order. Decided to just dine in instead if I was going to wait that long. Waited another 20min just to be sat down. Was over it so I just walked out and went down the street to McDonalds.
