This place is amazing!! The staff is great and the product works so well for me. Wont go to any other CBD shop because it doesnt compare!!

Ive been using this store for sometime for kratom. The staff have always been excellent and accommodating. I have spent hundreds of dollars here. My last two experiences have been less than desirable for the amount money Ive spent there. Once I got my kratom got home and opened it and the safety seal was missing. I promptly called the store because Im not about to take it if there is a chance it has been tampered with. When I got to the store the poor woman had to count out the pills right in front of everybody to make sure I didnt steal any. I understand she was just doing what her managers asked of her but still. It was beyond embarrassing like they dont know me? Im there at least 3-4 times a week. The second time the capsules were less than full, basically they only had a dusting of kratom in them. I call the corporate office to let them know. I got no apology or explanation, no store credit nothing. For the price they are wanting for their products these issues shouldnt be happening at all. Again the staff at the actual store are amazing and sadly their hands are tied at what they can do personally to help the customer, but I did receive an apology from the employees at the Oak Ridge store for the missing seal, and the dusting of kratom. Ill still go there when Im in a pinch because driving to Knoxville to get quality kratom is a pain and they are right down the road from me.

TOO EXPENSIVE for my taste. I have shoulder pain from a previous injury. I thought I'd give CBD a try. I bought the Colorado Cures Organic CBD Hot Pain Cream. The small size for I think was 20.00. I used it exactly as on the label. Did absolutely nothing for me. I found that the flower works GREAT for what I needed but found it cheaper elsewhere.
