just nowBefore I even walked in the whole store stared me down as I was coming in. Unfortunately the assistant manager Emily probably should not be in the field of customer service. She was rude and more focused on her friend who was hanging out instead of trying to help us. She refused to return a mod that is still under warranty. (Not even two weeks old) Spend your money at a shop that actually backs their warranties and wont lie to you. I couldnt agree more with the last post. No one has to buy shop here... It is a privelege for you guys to have us as customer's.
