Purchased a vape pin from this place on Sunday and it broke on Monday morning so I tried to exchange it Monday evening and was told that the policy was no return or exchange even on defective merchandise. This business does value or appreciate it's customer's enough to exchange the bad merchandise for something that works.

Every time I go in this place the guy usually there it's pretty helpful seems knowledgeable of products he sells one time I had to ask for help deciding a dietary supplement detox because the stuff at GNC was too pricey and he straight out told me that he honestly didn't know what would be best but offered to take his time and go through what might be good for what I was asking at a Better Price than other high end stores. Usually when I go in there he always has good things to say a good attitude. there was a lady here as well she was very knowledgeable of the products as well when I went in. One thing I was extremely impressed with that a lot of other places don't do was when I went in she was on the phone and there were no customers there but as soon as I walked in she hung the phone up and immediately greeted me. That in my eyes shows great customer service.
