Seriously the best chain of smoke shops I've ever been to. Tons of products and helpful, friendly staff. As a hookah enthusiast, Fatty's is seriously the best all around smoke shop to stock up on hookah stuff too. They carry unique products you can usually only order online or have to travel to more specialize places for, and they even take customer suggestions if you have tobacco, coals, or other products that they might not currently carry. For a shop that seems to specialize in glass and vape stuff, there's an impressive amount of thought put into what hookah smokers want too. That's why they've had my business for 5+ years and will continue to have me as a customer.
