Casey was so helpful during my visit. I drove an hour from Pearland to speak with someone knowledgeable about the product. I deal with Sciatica, chronic back pain, and insomnia from the medications given by the Dr. I couldn't happier with my choice. So worth the drive. Thanks Casey!!

Bought a vape novo 2 not even 3 days ago the vape. It came out to be defective so i went back to see if they could exchange it. They said they couldn't do anything, kida estrange because every vape store i ever been to will give you a new one. Long story short they scammed me out of 40 bucks i left their piece of worthless device there. Taking my business to New Edge Vape on clay.They are always customer service inclined.This guys Literally the worst vape shop i ever been to.
