Every single time I walk in there it's nothing but manners and outstanding customer service. Yes sir, no sir is the norm for this crew. Worked with Cody and ordered new rims/tires a week ago. They price matched wheels and gave me great feedback on tires I wanted. I showed up a week later to get installed. They were SLAMMED on a Monday...I should have known better!! Jake worked with me and rescheduled me for the following day. Outstanding customer service from Cody, Jake and entire Discount crew. As I told them both, y'all always take care of me and I'll be back. I mean it. Thanks guys.

This discount tire is busy for a reason! They do great business and have even better customer service. I came in looking for a new set of mud terrain tires for my dodge 2500 and the service rep Tyler took great care of me. He price matched a set of tires I found online and even rolled the two different options of mud terrains I was looking at out to my truck for a side by side comparison.
