American Shaman is a blessing to me. Robert is knowledgeable in every aspect of the CBD American Shaman products. I have tried several CBD companies online and locally but Shaman is far superior in results as well as more affordable than most for such a quality product. I have taken anxiety meds for over 25 years and after taking my Cloud tincture for just one day no anxiety. Chronic pain and arthritis amazingly better or otherwise I could hardly get out of bed. Unbelievable experience! Never in my life would I treat a customer the way the owner treated me today. I entered this establishment for the first time ever and was pretty excited because one; I was looking to relive some of my pain via a natural remedy and two; I had a 50% off coupon. As I approach the counter, the owner (Robert) greeted me with a smile and thats where the pleasantries end. I pulled out my coupon and told the owner that I would like to use this; he immediately said we dont accept this coupon because it comes from our franchise corporate office and in order to use it you have to go online. I was shocked by his disgruntled demeanor and merely asked why not because it has your address listed right here. He replies I know but we dont make any money off this and thats not even our phone number to the store. I said oh really and whipped out my phone and began to dial the number listed on the coupon and to his amazement the store phone began to ring. Long story short, bad ownership, low quality products, and shady business practices which in turn leads me to my conclusion. Please avoid this place unless you are in dire need of pain relief because there are plenty of other cbd shops in the area. P.S I really dont see this business model lasting to much longer anyways because soon enough the federal government will decriminalize flower and there will be no need for places like this!
