Employee helped me fix my broken firing button on my vape, rather than try to upsell me to a new one. I definitely appreciated the honest business practice. Will definitely be back when it is time to replace the unit.

I have only been a customer here for a few days, but as long as there is a Drip N Rip near me, I will continue to support them. I purchased a Hyde vape pen at this store, got home only to find out that it was defective and impossible to use. I brought it back to the store the next day and returned the device without a receipt. The gentleman who handled the return did so without needing any sort of proof of purchase, and his service was provided with a smile. I wish every retail store handled themselves in this exact manner. Thanks Drip n Rip, Ill be back.

This store is, in a word, AWESOME!!!! Friendly and helpful staff, and the prices are very competitive. They have a good selection of e-liquids and are spot on with recommendations if you're looking for something different. I feel more like a friend than a customer.
