While the prices on some items are a little high, staff is ALWAYS very friendly. Currently they are requiring masks due to Covid and offering hand sanitizer stations as well as sanitizing shopping carts for all customers.

I have lived the last 2 years where there were no HEB's. I am so glad to be able to shop HEB again.

HEB is always great! Amazing employees with wonderful attitudes. My only complaint would be the recent change in Customer Service hours. Closing it down at 5:30 means that a lot of us have to take time off work to get any assistance through this department!! The store is open later, why can't the service center stay open too?? Its incredibly frustrating when I work 10 hours a day, then can't swing by after work to do whatever is needed at the same time and end up having to leave work early and make a special trip. :/
