I was supposed to receive an autoship from Farm to Pharma of CBD lotion 500. I received notice that it was charged but I didn't receive it. I had the business card of the person from Farm to Pharma who had been filling this order so I emailed and asked about it. He apologized profusely and said he would mail it out.....he had not seen the order. I asked him to add another lotion to this order so I could share it with my son and he said he would send it also no charge. The next day he was delivering to my local Compounding Pharmacy, who is only a few blocks away, and brought my order right to my door! It was amazing and so thoughtful. Five stars for this guy.
