I've been on hold for over 20 minutes to speak to the pharmacy, that is unacceptable what poor customer service! You lost me as a customer.

The management is super rude and they glare at customers as people enter the store. The pharmacy staff are probably the only professional workers in that store. The vibes in that whole store are very unfriendly.

Love this CVS. I have been going here for the past year. The management are saints for dealing with some of the rude people that come in there. I have seen the manager Jennifer deal with some crazy people and she holds her composure. Her and her assistant Alex are dolls and the rest of the staff are always friendly. They are always so up beat and playful. Must be a great place to work. It's definitely a great place to shop! Kyle and Judy in pharmacy are always so kind too. I'm glad you brought Kyle the pharmacist in, the last lady was not great. Thanks for all you do CVS!
