Stepped into the shop to ask to use the restroom. I was pretty desperate as I am 6 months pregnant and had been driving a bit. There were only two other people in the shop, I assumed they were employees since they both told me the restrooms are not for public use. I was wearing a face mask and they were not. I don't know if they were not allowing people to use the restroom because they just don't allow the public to use the restroom or if it's because of the current covid-19 situation. Either way I will not be giving business nor recommending my friends give business to a company that cannot find some empathy and compassion for somebody whose bladder is completely compressed by a giant six month pregnant belly.

Sunny and Jay were very nice and had a lot of information about the science behind CBD. They store has a nice layout with many products available. The staff is very knowledgeable and can offer a product for any of your needs without pushing you to buy.

I absolutely love this place. The environment is so clean and inviting. Everytime I have gone, the people there have been so friendly and helpful. Nearly all of their stock is really well priced and of great quality. Honestly I can't say enough good things about Deep Roots.The only thing they could improve on is a bit of their selection. For instance, I would like to regularly get vape juice that I can use on my vape, instead on their disposable cartridges. A lot of CBD places do this for some reason, probably for profit since you need their proprietary equipment to use the vape.Other than that, this place freaking rocks! Keep it up you all!

Deep roots apothecary has been one of the premiere CBD shops in this area. Not only for it's products but it's customer service. I have had two employees help me figure everything out to know. Brittany was especially helpful and I recommend anyone who is looking into cbd to give it a try.

Exceptional shop for CBD related products. Jae is very knowledgeable on the subject matter, was able to provide general information as well as input on personal use cases. The store is well organized, great prices and easily above average quality (if not better) on products.
