They've always been super super helpful as my friend and i are still relatively new to vaping. They are patient with us and take the time to answer our questions, let us try the juices, and they dont try to upsell to us. Every visit I leave with a sense of fulfillment. As soon as you step foot into the business, you are greeted with a smile and assisted by the willingly accessible staff. Occasionally, you may be greeted by the owner's friendly dogs - don't fret! All of the staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable in all realms when it comes to assisting your vaping needs; whether that is recommending specific flavors of liquid catered to your tastes, nicotine levels based on your habits/stress levels, equipment and accessories, or even coil builds, ohm , and wattage. Each encounter with the staff is very intricate and personal; they care about you as a customer - they comprehend and return. I can't praise the interior decorating enough; it's very well executed. The front counter is constructed out of wood and it defines the atmosphere, a bar-esque arrangement with stools, an energy drink cooler, displays of their inventory (the selection of products and liquids are extensive) and in the rear of the store - couches to relax after a long day of work. While all of this exists, it feels minimalistic and doesn't leave you with claustrophobic vibes. Service: 9.5/10Cleanliness: 9.5/10Hands down the best vapor store in the vicinity.

First I want to start off by saying I live in Harrisonburg I'm brand new to vaping and really had no clue what I was looking for or anything I drove to 3L Vapor off a recommendation from a friend and as soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness and professionalism told them about my situation and they helped me pick out everything to get me going the vape juice they have is amazing as well as the selection of different devices to choose from never pressured or anything through the whole process I'm very happy with my new setup and will definitely be a repeat customer for sure a 5 star establishment thanks again guys.
