This CVS Pharmacy is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Weve been using them on and off for the last 2 yrs, because its a convenient location but I have to officially cut ties and will drive the extra 20 minutes across town. They repeatedly write/fill the prescriptions WRONG. Our doctor will send us home with doses and then CVS will make up their own. Well call to confirm with our doctor that the prescription changed and every single time, theyve not ordered the change. This is scary. My daughter received antibiotics recently and CVS had it written for 3 TIMES THE DOSE the doctor said to give her! 75% of the staff is rude and unprofessional and its just not okay. CVS Pharmacy out at Target is hands down 100% more accurate, professional, and kind.

4 days ago was told my dr did not renew my meds . So I called my dr this am script was sent in about 9am , clerk first tried to say it wasnt there then after I insisted it was she said it will be ready about 3 and this was at 1pm , ok I been out of my meds for four days bc you couldnt handle my refill from dr and now you say it is not there and now I have to wait two more hours . Get some educated workers there and keep the phones away from employees meds are important to a lot of folks

Rudest pharmacy cashiers I've ever had to deal with. 4 different transactions and it's as if the try to out do each other by seeing who can be the rudest. With Rite-aid closing its even worse.CVS needs to clean house.
