Selling broken stuff and will not return the manager wont even speak to you they make the staff do it with no explanation I had to buy 2 different pens that dont work here and cant get my money back Ill stick to the Vault their prices are way better anyways and their stuff works

I broke my vape last week, so I went to AVAIL Vapor in Hampton Va to purchase a new one. Joseph was working that day, and please allow me to say, that each time I go there I'm always treated courteously and my experience is beyond measure, in a good way. But on this particular day, I went to AVAIL very stress out and Joe first calmed me down and asked if he could see my vape. He said to me, 'Mr. Snow please relax and afford me the opportunity to fix your vape'. I didnt think it could be fixed; I was prepared to spend my last on another one because I NEEDED MY VAP . Joe had me to relax then proceeded to fix my vape. My vape has been working fine ever since! Joe always helps me beyond limits when I'm there, from showing me the newest products to obviously fixing my vape. It was his recommendation that led me to find my favorite juice. I was so grateful, I asked to buy him lunch and he declined. I had to do something because he didnt charge me; in fact, he saved me money. He had me promise to just keep coming to the Hampton store to afford them the opportunity to serve me. I was always a huge supporter of the Hampton store, but that experience made me a life-long customer. THANK YOU JOSEPH, you are a real gem, my friend. Big Ups to the AVAIL Vape store in Hampton for hiring dedicated and loyal people like Joe.

I spent a lot of money in here. They dont even have extra tanks to replace broken ones. What place doesnt have extra parts. Not impressed with this business
