Bought a Vape and the cartridge broke two days later. Went in there so they could replace it and they refused. Then begin telling me that theyve had a lot of trouble with that style. Then why did you sell it to me two days ago? The clerk wouldnt even call the manager. He rudely gave me his phone number and told me to call him. Terrible employees. I suggest go elsewhere.

Yesterday I stopped into this location and was appalled. Upon walking in there was a customer hanging out at the counter with no mask on. Although there is a sign saying a mask must be worn. This customer seemed to be there to talk to the lady working. As she was trying to help me. The customer or friend of employee began vaping repeatedly while I was trying to check out. The clerk never said anything to him. I feel that vaping inside the store probably still isnt allowed. I couldn't believe she didnt say anything to him. A very horrible experience. No respect for anyone else.

Went to Avail for the 1st time today to purchase a CBD vape pen. They have a nice selection of products & Ryan provided excellent customer service. I'll definitely be shopping there in the future!

Extremely helpful. Very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The flavors are awesome. The prices are very affordable. I bought two mods, tanks, batteries, a battery charger, and four juices for $300. Highly recommend for anyone starting out!
