There was a misunderstanding with a delivery taking a longgggg time..I had posted a bad review about it but turns out it was the delivery drivers fault not driplys.. just wanted to update this review and mention that the owner came out and personally delivered my order himself.. he also threw in an extra bottle of juice! Happy to have this originally negative experience turned into a positive one .. cant beat having my vape products delivered right to my door when I forget to go get juice before I run out Anyways, thanks for making things right Driply!

Seriously this guys know nothing at all. I asked for Novo 2 refills. And they just trying to sell me Novo 1 and told me that Novo and Novo 2 take the same coils. Nice try. Good job Michelle.
