Shea Terra Organics

I have placed an order on June 26th and got an email the next day stating that my order was shipped. But I haven't received my order yet. When I check the status using the tracking information provided on the email, I see that a shipping label was created but USPS is still waiting to receive the package. I have tried emailing Shea Terra, sending a message on Facebook, calling their 877 # but no response.

The best skin care products I have ever used, for over 10 years! I don't just love their products but their fair and ethical business practices as well.

I just started using their products but I absolutely love them, I placed 2 large orders with a big selection of products. My orders were shipped in 1 day, always quick delivery, amazing packaging, 3 samplers in each order sometimes even free gifts (if they have promos). I truly believe this brand sells authentic products, as I see results. Some of their stuff does not smell really well, due to absence of perfumes and chemicals, but if you want clean, organic products you can get used to it. Some of the products are way better than high end brands like Tatcha, L'Occitane en provence, Lancome, Origins, Sol de Janeiro, etc. I used to spend tons of money on all these brands, when Shea Terra offers way better quality, clean products for a fraction of the cost of high end ones that I used before. My skin and hair looks good after using their products. I only started drinking black seed oil for 3 days, but already feel less food cravings and feel well. Thank you Shea Terra for amazing products, sourced responsibly, for fair prices, recyclable packages and biodegradable labels, for supporting African women and wild life and caring about your customers!

From my experience I have been ordering from the company for about a year now and had positive experiences. My skin has cleared up greatly, to the point I don't have to use makeup as much. My favorite is the black egyptian caster oil 'hair' and the cape aloe topical healing gel 'face' among others. The free samples are amazing as well. In addition, I never had any problems with shipping, always received my products on time. Some of the products are pricey but for me it's worth it..
