Drop off & pickup for puppy grooming was great! Drop off at the downstairs back entrance, pickup at the front entrance on Wenatchee Ave.

Very nice pet store, super friendly staff, good selection, reasonable prices. A must visit if you love your pet! (Update: just had another great experience here at Firehouse. There are SO few retail shops that give good customer service - this place is an exceptional exception! )
