I love the goods at this store but its ridiculously expensive (you can get the same brands sold at Lillies on the brands website and/or Amazon for cheaper). Additionally, I was very sad when I was told by an employee that the owner doesnt like kids and doesnt want them touching ANYTHING. If you dont want kids touching anything DONT DISPLAY TOYS OUT OF THEIR BOXES ON THE SHELVES. or dont have a kid section at all! I wish I could support the business because this store suits my lifestyle but I cant justify giving money to someone whose such a jerk!

Always been met with a courteous staff. Great selection of clothing and accessories that fit the fair trade mold. Absolutely love their kids toy and accessory collection! Well made pieces that you can feel proud giving to someone and knowing it will last and can be passed down from siblings and friends dn family.

AWESOME salesperson... she was very informative about the material, and helped with picking out outstandingly pretty accessories. Will always start there before going to a big ' box ' store. Love, love, love this store.

Poorly run business whose interest, it seems, is only to take their customers' money, even when it is a credit. I purchased and returned an item last year, and now wanted to spend the in-store credit. My local store closed last year and put a sign on the door saying 'Shop Online'. So, that is what I tried to do today--to use my store credit of $52.79. I was informed that I couldn't use it because the store closed and I had 60 days to use the credit. Problem is, no one ever called me to inform me that I had limited time to use it. Shame on you Lillie's, for not honouring a store credit. That is criminal!
