I love this place! For the most part every single of the employees talk to you as friends rather than a few talk to me like i don't know what I'm doing, even after i tell themHowever the AMAZING service than i mainly get is why i would choose this smoke shop vs many other places i have bought from

Well, I called... was hung up on when asking about inventory and I particular item I was searching for. I called back was sent to ignore. I called again and was put on hold for 10 minutes before being hung up on a 3rd time I went to the location in person and was treated like I didnt matter... i was prepared to spend well over 500$ for the glass i was searching for. But being treated poorly and hung up on leaves a bad taste in my mouth I'll never shop there again!
