Called in a refill an hour in advance. Got there, waited for 5 people to be helped before me. Then I have to talk to a pharmacist on the phone, every time I refill, which is annoying, since I take this same medication every day of the year. The staff is polite and helpful, but there is usually only one person on duty that does ALL of the refilling, dialing the pharmacist, answering questions, taking payments, etc. They'd benefit greatly if they streamlined the process, their system is causing a lot of customer dissatisfaction that I see and hear from others each time I refill. If you have a lot of time to kill or can come back later, this is the place to go. I hope they're looking into a way to better their service.

Great staff but always busy and takes a long time to get prescriptions filled.
