Staff is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I am overweight and need to exercise, but am so sore after working out I find it hard to keep going. I started taking the water soluble CBD before I went to bed. Noticed I not only got a better night sleep, but it took the edge off of the pain so I could work out again! Highly recommend this product as well as their topical cream which majorly helped with a pulled muscle. Could feel it working within 15 min. Wonderful!!
