Jenerate Wellness is one of my favorite area spots for wellness. The owner, Jen, is very kind and very knowledgeable about health and her specialty: saunas. The space is welcoming and beautiful, and the saunas are the best around. Besides the saunas, they have an array of healthy, well-researched products. If you are looking for a sauna in the Madison area, this is the spot! Thanks for everything you do for our community and for firefighters around the country, Jen!

Such a great space so clean and inviting. The owner is so passionate. Started going to replace my tanning sessions that are so unhealthy. Winter in Wisconsin is so long! I highly recommend this for self-care.
