Worst service and cheap products- they do not back up their products. - stay away from this place. We purchased several hundred dollars worth of glass pipes. Had leaks in the stems - not visible in store- pipe was never used - but would not return or exchange because we added water the issue is how can you check their pipes for leaks without adding water? I would stay away from a place that does not back up their products. Be prepared to lose your money if the pipe had a leak. Spoke to sells rep and manager. - do not buy - a defective pipe is not worth losing customers.
